（二）論文提交要求
Paper Submission Requirements
1. 全文提交
（1）論文為全文投稿。需為原創，論文未曾在其它會議和期刊上正式發表過。
（2）論文文字及圖片應不涉及國家和企業秘密及其他與著作權有關的侵權問題。
（3）論文內容觀點鮮明，結構合理，實事求是。文筆準確、流暢、簡練，插圖清晰。
（4）摘要要求：摘要應客觀、清晰、簡明地說明文章背景、目的、方法、結論，包含2 張論文核心圖表，並注明作者姓名和單位。
摘要：中文字數不超過600漢字，英文不超700實詞。關鍵字：不超過5個詞，以分號“；”分隔。五號楷體字，單倍間距。
（5）論文全文字數不超過6000字，文圖不超過6頁。論文應依次包括論文題目、作者資訊、摘要、關鍵字、正文、參考文獻等。論文格式要求見附件1。
（6）論文語言為中文或英文，需提供中英文題目和中英文摘要。
（7）根據論文出版需要，出版者有權對文稿進行刪改，請自留底稿。
（8）為確保論文的高品質出版，需支付出版費人民幣2000元。
（9）全文提交截止日期：2025年6月1日。
1. Full Paper Submission
(1) Papers should be submitted in full text. They should be original and have not been formally published in other conferences and journals.
(2) The text and pictures of the paper should be free from national and corporate secrets and other copyright infringement issues.
(3) The content of the paper should be clear, well-structured and factual. The writing is accurate, fluent and concise, and the illustrations are clear.
(4) Abstract Requirements: The abstract should objectively, clearly and concisely state the background, purpose, methodology and conclusion of the article, contain 2 core charts and graphs of the dissertation, and state the author’s name and organization. The word count of the abstract should be no more than 600 Chinese characters and no more than 700 real words in English. Keywords: no more than 5 words, separated by semicolon “;”. The text should be written in five italicized characters with single spacing.
(5) The full text of the thesis should not exceed 6,000 words, and the text and graphics should not exceed 6 pages. The dissertation should include the title of the dissertation, author information, abstract, keywords, body, references, etc. in order. See Annex 1 for the format requirements of the thesis.
(6) If the language of the paper is Chinese or English, the title of the paper in Chinese and English and the abstract in Chinese and English should be provided.
(7) The publisher has the right to delete or change the manuscript according to the needs of the publication, please keep your own copy.
(8) In order to ensure the high quality of the paper for publication, a publication fee of RMB 2,000 yuan is required.
(9) The deadline for full paper submission is June 1, 2025.

（三）評審標準
Evaluation criteria
回顧（展望）文章：必須與WACA相關。
原創性：強調創作自主性，必須是原創作品。
機構限制：不限機構，可獨立創作或由多機構共同協作。
Retrospective (outlook) articles: must be relevant to WACA.
Originality: Creative autonomy is emphasized and must be an original work.
Institutional Restrictions: No institutional restrictions, can be created independently or by multiple organizations working together.
（四）評審標準
Evaluation Methods and Publication of Results
學報編委會將對所有提交作品進行匿名評審，入選論文和作品將收錄進《世界華人建築師學報》，並於2025年7月31日前向作者發送作品錄用的郵件通知。全文收錄在全球正式出版的《世界華人建築師學報》《Journal of World Chinese Architects》中，並擬從中選擇品質優良的作品在年會論壇上進行作品宣講，或在會議期間以其他形式展示。

The Editorial Board of the Journal will review all the submitted works anonymously, and the selected papers and works will be included in the Journal of World Chinese Architects, and email notification of the acceptance of the works will be sent to the authors before July 31, 2025. The full papers and works will be included in the Journal of World Chinese Architects, which is officially published globally, and the works of excellent quality will be selected to be presented in the forum of the annual conference or displayed in other forms during the conference.
